Tell me, please, at the airport in Phuket upon arrival there are ATMs to withdraw from UP, at least for a taxi, and what is more profitable at the airport - to change or withdraw? There's not a very good course there.

You can pay for a taxi with a Union Pay card, and rent it wherever you want.

When withdrawing any amount, a fixed commission of 220V. At the airport, it is more profitable to exchange $ 50-100 for a taxi and so on.
