If you have Tinkoff, then it is more profitable from it - Tink's has no commission for withdrawal, if other banks - just look at the course of the operation (you can find out from technical support), add 220 baht for withdrawing from an ATM and the percentage of your bank, you will have the baht exchange rate against the ruble, then you will find out the exchange rate from the money changers - and here is a comparison of the benefits for you)
