What months does Koh Samui have the lowest demand for housing? Somewhere summer is designated as the peak of the price, and somewhere vice versa as the rainy season. Is it more profitable to go in June or September?

Now is the lowest season, and now are the lowest housing prices. Closer to autumn, it will rise in price.

The rainy season on Koh Samui is October-December. The high season is August and January. In September, prices are already lower. But I won't say that it would be very lower.
