Hello. On their website there is time for an appointment, there is also an indication of the start time of the programs, with a transfer from the hotel. It's just that feeding is declared every hour, it seems to be possible to take it on the spot. We are going there today, we took a half-day program (3 hours with feeding, bathing, elephant spa and lunch) at a kiosk with tours, there is a morning and afternoon program. So the price is cheaper than on the site, discounts are made, because it is off-season.
