Hello everyone! Tell me, is Phuket much more expensive than in Pattaya? Can you find a decent Kondo for 8-10k?

From time to time I monitor the channels with real estate in Phuket, what can I say ... better stay in Pattaya. Life is more precious here. There are also apartments for 8k, but there are cages like a capusl hotel)))))

In Phuket Town, you can do it for 10k, but it's not often that you rent something.
