Yes, you can. We rented a townhouse for 20.2 floors, 3 bedrooms. 20 thousand baht for an annual contract. Repairs were made just in front of us. Found on the marketplace. Next to Robinson in Thalang.

At three?)))) Per month? This is 35 thousand baht, it's just somehow not enough for three rooms But you can see something like a condo with a living room + 2 bedrooms But there the price tag will be from 40 for such an area.
