I read that in tesco lotus you can buy fish and seafood and cook there. How to organize it?

In Big C you can cook fish, shrimp, chicken, pork bought there for free right inside. But they work until 6 pm, it seems. At 19:00 today we were, this entire area was already cleaned and washed. 16 years ago, we bought at the checkout, carried it to the cooking area and showed a receipt for payment, they cooked for us, I think it's the same now. There was a similar scheme in Lotus, but then there was less choice, or we didn't live so close to it, I don't remember.
