Is it easy to open an account in Bangkok for those who only entered Tai (without a visa) with a stamp in their passport? What documents can be asked?

Only today I was in Bangkok Bank, they said that you need at least 3 stamps + a visa, although literally 2 weeks ago they didn't say a word about a visa.
