We live in 7 seas. Children squeak from the pool. I also like the Kondo area, there is always shade, free sun loungers. Of the minuses: a lot of people come with children on weekends and it gets noisy, we don't have windows for the pool, so I don't know if it interferes with sleep or not. Grocery stores are not within walking distance, a taxi is about 55 baht.
