In Phuket BEFORE! Check-in for the flight you go to the window, they will tell you where, put a seal, then after check-in you go to the 15th gate, there is a counter, a passport-check (yellow piece of paper), they ask: dollars or baht ... and give the amount corresponding to your purchase.
