Hello friends! Is it possible to make a bike license in Thailand if I don't have any rights at all? And is it possible to drive a bike somewhere else in Asia with these rights?

What rights are needed in Thailand? Thailand, like Russia, has signed the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic, one of the provisions of which is the recognition of the driver's licenses of the countries participating in this convention. Russian rights of Category A" with subparagraphs (when driving a motorbike) and "B" (when driving a car) are quite satisfactory to the Police. As always
