Someone flew in transit through Oman or India with a Russian passport. Everywhere the information is different. Do I need a visa for transit? Please tell me who really flew.

If through India and a ticket by different airlines (i.e. you need to pick up luggage), then you need a visa. It is issued on the site for $ 25, you can pay only with foreign cards or PayPal. Please note that the visa is issued for 30 days from the date of receipt (1-3 days from submission), regardless of what date of arrival is indicated.
