1 overstay, and forget about any ElitVisas forever. There are such lines right in the contract, they say, if at least once something like that happened, then that's it, dosvidos .. Perhaps some tourist visas will be refused.

If you don't get to check the documents before departure, then 500 baht per day overstay. If you get in, then arrest, trial, immigration prison, deportation and a ban on entry for 5 years.
