We've been living in DCondo creek since December. Noise insulation is ordinary, maybe just the neighbors are quiet. No one yells, no one runs. There are no mosquitoes in the apartment, no lizards either, unless the floor is above 1. Excellent swimming pools, good hall. Good staff, cleaners, in the office are quite adequate to requests and questions. Very clean and well-maintained condo. Maybe the rooms are tired, after all, the condo was built in 2016, maybe it was built earlier. Near the stadium, where they are freely allowed to train. 2 pieces 7/11, laundress, many cafes. Everything is quiet, a good contingent. Excellent location. We are personally satisfied with our choice. When the rent of the apartment ended, they did not move anywhere, they stayed here, choosing another apartment.
