Can anyone live in the Baumancasa Hotel? How is the location, apart from the proximity to the sea? Is there life nearby (markets, shops, evening programs, etc.)?

In the evening, just take a walk along the promenade or to the café with live music.

Yes, it has a good location) my tourists lived, they were satisfied. It's not new, though.

The sea is across the road, there is a café, you have to walk to the market for about 15 minutes, there are buses, in general, the norms.
