Anyone. I first used True 50 baht SIM card and 300 baht monthly. Unlimited Internet, speed of 15 or 20 Mbps + wi-fi can be distributed. Then I bought Ais, as well as a SIM card for 50 baht, and the tariffs are to choose from. You can also distribute wi-fi. Both work fine.
