1. Living without a passport in Thailand is not yet caught. 2. Go to the police and write a statement. 3. Go to the consulate for a certificate of departure.

1. You have to go to the embassy / consulate 2. The Russian embassy/consulate, as I understand it, has nothing to do with the deportation.
