Judging by the ferry schedule, the latter departs from Phi Phi at 15:30. It's very early. Can I still somehow sail away from there in the evening?

No, only if you hire a boat yourself, it's expensive! Rent a house there yourself - it's more expensive through the application! Locals offer trips to the most beautiful metas - you can't compare them with any excursions, it's so beautiful, no one drives anywhere.
