Has anyone traveled to the borderrun from Koh Samui with an agency on the day of the stamp? Or is it better not to take risks and go at least in a day, and preferably in several?

The stamp is valid for the specified date inclusive, so leaving on the last day there is no overstay and you do not violate migration rules. Don't worry. Personally, I always go on the last day if it falls on a day when there is an organized borderrun.
