Who flew away with azur - if the excess is 1.5 kg in a suitcase - how much do you have to pay extra?

Someone is allowed to pass without payment, someone is asked to shift the excess to hand luggage and people open the suitcase right at the check-in desk and start pulling something out. So it's some kind of lottery.

I had an advantage of 2.5 kg, my daughter had 1.5 kg, weighed, pasted tags and did not ask for anything. Azur)
