Does anyone in Phuket use the Union Pay card? Does it make sense? Or is it better just cash?

Union is accepted everywhere, they traveled all over the island, paid for almost everything with a card, 7/11, a superchip, a big c, a festival.

They accept it everywhere, I pay for Tinkoff Bank's Unipay. They didn't accept it only in Krabi when paying for the hotel, in Ao Nang, but in Phuket it goes everywhere.
