Banrak, there is more or less oatmeal, not super, but I like it more than in supermarkets (there are porridge-minutes), buckwheat is also there, but 800 grams of uvelki 250 baht or something ... Go nuts, of course. But I had no options not to buy, my daughter eats buckwheat ..
