Yes, in two ways, by direct smartbus or through Phuket Town on 2 songthaew.

The smart bus definitely runs along the rawai, I've seen it many times, and I've definitely seen it on karon, so it's probably possible But the question is, why do you need a rawai? Do you know that there is not a swimming beach at all?
