If one airline or alliance, luggage is registered to Thailand, there is no change of terminal, then a visa is not needed. if you need it, then on the site online for 25 bucks. payment by foreign visa/mastercard. you will find out exactly at the registration. if the luggage is registered to Thailand, then there is no need to go anywhere. accordingly, a visa is not needed.
