Good afternoon. In addition to the standard package of documents (there are good instructions on the Aeroflot website) and veterinary control at the airport on departure in Russia (I advise you to take the dog there the day before, so as not to drag yourself with suitcases), you need to send a request with copies of the dog's documents to the email address of Phuket airport in a week (preferably a week and a half). They will send you permission in return. Then, at the airport, an employee will meet you at the ramp and take you to the arrival veterinary control office, where for 500 baht you will be stamped and allowed to enter your pet. IMPORTANTLY! Before you fly back, you will need to visit the veterinary control at Phuket Airport again for permission to re-export the animal.
