This is a mistake of Aeroflot. They switched to a new booking system in the fall and now you can't change your flight, choose a seat, or luggage on the site ... You need to call them on the hotline and forgive them to add/change. And they will send you a link to the mail for payment. But it's better to send a link right away on the call, I'm glad they sent me the wrong one and I had to call again. Aeroflot infuriates unrealistically with this, worse than Ural Airlines.
