At the airport, after the flight, they gave out a suitcase with a broken wheel, who knows where in Pattaya you can fix it?

It's easier to buy a new one in Big C, Tesco Lotus, etc. True, a suitcase from Big C for 1990 baht survived exactly one flight - I also got it without a wheel already. The wheel usually breaks out along with the piece of plastic/corner of the suitcase. There's nothing to fix there.
