Has anyone flown to Tai from India? What about QR codes, do they ask for PCR? Do I need insurance?

We flew from India on January 6. In Bangalore, when boarding the plane, they asked for a return ticket from Thailand and a hotel reservation (we had). In front of us, 2 Russian women were also asked, they didn't, but they let us in anyway. They didn't ask for PCR, and they didn't ask for insurance either.
