Does true move H SIM cards have roaming in the Russian Federation? Does it need to be turned on separately?

It's better to install the app on your smartphone and check. They brought me a couple of ais SIM cards here, but they didn't activate roaming beforehand. SIM cards have turned into a pumpkin, My SIM card still accepts SMS, but I have something to replenish it with (a lot of body movements). I'll go in a couple of months and do everything on the spot.
