There is a lot of housing, including inexpensive housing. You need to take a bike, ride all the condos and watch. In 2-3 days you will find it, or even earlier. You don't need to book anything in advance, don't waste time on all sorts of sites and marketplaces.

Book a hotel for 3-4 days and walk with your feet looking. There are quite options. Recently, a video was shown, they found an apartment there for 3,500 baht. And to the sea on foot for 15 minutes for just such a price. In t5Suites There seem to be rooms available for 5.000 baht.
