We just went to the reception of the condos we liked, asked, looked at the bulletin board - and found a cool option. We were attacked by Russian-speaking agents - but their prices are 1.5-2 times more expensive than those of the owners, and they offer the most dumb options, and even very sluggishly. In short, this path was NOT an option for us.
