At Utapao airport there is a small shop in the arrivals area, cigarettes are sold, but all the production of Thailand or Singapore in their identical black blocks for all brands (as in the departure area, and in stores in the city). European production, US and UK no. The assortment is small, the quality is average, the price is a little cheaper than in the city. If you're a fan of one brand, you'd better bring it with you.
