To change the region, there is no other way.. and does not give because of subscriptions they should be canceled at the beginning.

It is not possible to change the installed region. What to do: 1. Register a Thai account apple id 2. From under thai accounting install the Line app (in Thai store) 3. Log back to your account 4. Use Line.
