Please advise if there is no category A but there are international rights. Maybe it's better to take a car? Otherwise, I am also afraid of fines, or even more))) Often they stop? And why such a run in fines from 500 to 1000 for the same violation.

You decide. Renting a bike is an average of 300 baht per day. + 500-1000 baht fine - if you get caught. You don't need a lot of gasoline on the bike. A car 1000 baht on average rental. Plus gasoline. The bike is more convenient (because of traffic jams and parking spaces). The car is safer. The difference in fines is unclear. Somewhere they write out 500, somewhere a thousand. Maybe a thousand is just a divorce" for money. Or they will be fined for two violations at once."
