Gazprombank's UP ruble card why doesn't it work in Pattaya at 7/11?

Two weeks since I arrived from Pattaya. Also, the Gazprombank card in 7/11 did not work. She worked in Themely March, in pharmacies and other shops. Upon arrival in Russia, Gazprombank could not explain why the card did not work in 7/11.

At the moment we live in Wongamat district paying in 7/11 by card (the amounts are different - less than 300 Baht) everything passes.
