You can open an individual entrepreneur through state services, it is not difficult at all. If you need help, write. An electronic signature for reporting must be obtained from the Federal Tax Service. You can either do this through a note of power of attorney, apostilled, or try remotely through the website of the Federal Tax Service. If you make a power of attorney for the Key, then immediately indicate the right to open a bank account. Basically nothing complicated.

You can open an IP remotely, but it is possible to get a CEP only in person. No one under any power of attorney will be able to get it for you. Without the CEP, you won't be able to do business because you can't sign the documents.

2) it is fashionable to open self-employment remotely without notaries in the Russian Federation. Takes 5 minutes.
