Payment for common house needs for half a year. Usually it should worry the owner, unless the contract states otherwise. If you're talking to a realtor, chances are they'll tell you to put it back in the drawer and don't touch it again.

Base condo? ask the owner if you need to pay or if they are the ones themselves.
