I ordered with Yoox. The duty is about 40%. But with a mega sale, it is still more profitable than buying in the Russian Federation, much. And even more so in Russia. When paying for mastercard there was an additional discount of 16%. I ordered three parcels, not from Milan, from Hong Kong. From the moment of order to receipt 10 days.
