where is the best place on Koh Tao to self-rest for a couple of days, where is the beautiful beach? I want to celebrate dr in a beautiful place. or better beaches in Koh Phangan?

Koh Tao is a small island, if you know how to bike then it does not matter where, it is cheaper to live in the pier area, and so there are basically all good beaches.
