Hello! We flew yesterday from Utopao Airlines Azur. We were picked up 5.5 hours, with Cozy Beach. The journey to one hotel took 1 hour. Registration took about an hour. At check-in at first there were few counters, then they opened more, BUT they do not have a tape on the counters on which the suitcases leave. It turns out: you registered, the stickers were all tilted on the suitcase, you go to a separate rack and only there they shine through the suitcase in front of you and see if everything is normal. And such a rack they had yesterday worked alone. It goes from queue to queue. And our people, to put it mildly, unscrupulous, climb without queuing (( I also want to warn you: at the inspection in the waiting area, after the passport, they take ALL the liquid, even from lunch boxes. As a result: for about an hour we sat in the waiting room before boarding the plane.

But we must not forget that boarding boarding tickets are printed out on Russian flights, we are under sanctions. That is, first they check the documents and luggage, then they carry your documents to the counter, where a separate employee prints for all the counters. Passport fast. The flight was delayed for an hour, so we walked around the duty.
