[Phuket] Hello. I fly to Poland with a child together without my husband, we have different surnames. Is it necessary to take the consent of the husband from the notary or is it enough to show a birth certificate at the border, where it is written that I am his mother? - Thailand

I took everywhere with me, never asked, only for Schengen and it came in handy.

Only evidence. Although I have permission just in case with me. Make one permit for 10 years and fly with it.
