Twice slightly violated the rule on the road. On the video not to throw a fine to the landlord? I went to the red, and on the lap I did not yield to anyone. Or it's okay to have all the rules.

The police are not directly interested in these fines, the money goes to some other department, and the control over the issuance of fines was entrusted to the police. The police unsubscribed that there are so many fines that there is no paper to print them all and in fact only 1 out of 100 or 50 fines are sent, I do not remember exactly in the news for a long time.
