Tourist's first aid kit. If you prefer to carry your own set of medications, just in case, so as not to search on the spot, then here is a list of what is worth taking. 1. Antipyretic (Paracetamol / TeraFlu); 2. Painkiller (Spazmalgon / No-shpa / Ketanov); 3. Antihistamine (Suprastin / Claritin); 4. Electrolytes (with dehydration, to replenish fluid with vomiting, diarrhea, fever, hangover) (Regidron); 5. Enterosorbents (Smecta / Activated Carbon / Sorbifer / Enteros-gel / Loperamide); 6. Disinfectant (sanitary gel, bactericidal patch, iodine in pencil, Chlorhexidine / Miramistin); 7. Wound healing, from burns (Panthenol / Bepanten); 8. From motion sickness in the air, on the water (Dramina); 9. Vasoconstrictor (if it lays ears during takeoff / landing) (Tizin / Otrivin); 10. From itching with insect bites (Fenistil); 11. Specialized drugs (if there are chronic diseases). In principle, in local pharmacies you can find analogues of any Medication. Most pharmacists speak English.
