If there are previously purchased dollars, then it is more profitable with them, if not, then with rubles it is more profitable, but exchange through changers is quite normal and without crypt is possible.

I arrived with a union pei card in rubles. The course will be 2.45 r. for one baht. In the exchanger, the dollars changed at 33.75.
