How much does a month in Koh Samui cost about 1? Do they need to call on the signs?

Recently I happened to find an option of 3500 baht per month in a 2 minute walk from lipa noi beach. room with large bed, TV and small. balcony. the most budget option, in my opinion. But the location is top-the beach is gorgeous, coupeable.

The cost depends on the location. Lamai, Chaweng is more expensive, Taling is cheaper for us.
