How and where is it profitable to withdraw money from the card? Tried in the first ATM course not so much.

The rate does not depend on atm. It depends on your bank. Plus a commission of 220 baht in any atm.

Only through the changer to cash out. It is profitable to carry dollars with you, and then if you bought not in the last 2 weeks, but earlier.
