There is no main size of the basket at 5kg, and the weight can be more. we didn't weigh and the big baskets were forced to shift.

It depends on the airline and the employee. As practice shows, Aeroflot skips so, Azur in principle will not miss the basket, only in the bag, the weight of hand luggage.
