Nope. Up to 96 hours without visas. In 72 hours (not earlier) electronically fill out the declaration and go. Ask one hundred percent for a return ticket to a third country. But since 96-hour transit is allowed not to citizens of Russia, but to citizens of the CIS, because of this there are often problems at the airports of departure. Workers on the stand do not cut into what the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) is. Therefore, it is recommended to show first a link to the rules that VFTF (visa free transit facilities) is allowed for citizens of the CIS (CIS)

There's either transit (72 hours or so) without a visa or a visa. It seemed to be so.
