Hello, please tell me, if you change the foreign office in the consulate in Bangkok, then when issuing it will be clean, without a visa. Will I be able to fly to Phuket without a visa with a clean passport from Bangkok?

They will give you a paper with which you will have to appear at the immigration and rearrange the visa from the old passport. In general, in theory, this should be done in Bangkok, but when flying, it is unlikely that anyone will look at the visa, so....

You will have an old passport with a visa with you. You'll show you if anything.
