Is it possible to use Thai cards in the Russian Federation? So you can pay for purchases on websites, make transfers? They are also tied to a Thai phone number. Can this be solved somehow?

The phone number is connected to the card directly, 3ds SMS comes to it, but it can be changed to a Russian number, in Russia it will still work except for payment in stores through the terminal.

The phone number is not connected to the card in any way. I think that since the visa and mastercard left Russia, they will not be able to pay.
